“The best time to plant a tree was 25 years ago…the next best time is today.”

This sentence highlights a simple truth – regardless of where you are, in order to end up
somewhere else, you must start here.

However, starting “here” can be a daunting task.

What if this is a place of illness, unhappiness, weakness or fear?

How do we break free and start living the life we deserve?

Here are your 6 steps to getting unstuck.

1. AWARENESS

How will you know where you are if you don’t look around?

You won’t.

Instead of attempting to solve all of your problems, start with paying attention. Taking
stock of where you actually are is far more important than just putting out fires.

2. ACCEPTANCE

Being honest and acknowledging the reality of your life is paramount to your success.

Telling yourself you are healthy or happy when you are really not only serves to keep you locked into a state of paralysis, taking no action and wondering why your life isn’t different.

3. RESPONSIBILITY

You are not the primary cause of all things bad in your life, but you
sure are the source of a lot of them!

This is not about taking blame… it is about knowing that you have the ability to make your life terrible or to turn it all around and make it great.

4. ASSERTIVENESS

Take action!

Knowledge unused is useless. Bringing your best self into the world is a worthy endeavour and turning your problems into a “project” is a powerful success tip.

5. PURPOSE

To live without direction only leads to one place… nowhere.

Setting the goal of a healthy relationship, exceptional health or developing independent children
focuses your energies on what you want to achieve instead of what you wish to avoid.

6. INTEGRITY

Without the practice of alignment in your values, ideals, and behaviours all other steps before this become void.

Knowing when you drift “off track” and correcting the course regularly allows you to continue moving forward, reaching your goals, and dreaming up bigger and more fulfilling ones along the way.

The principles of what we teach in the practice and throughout our workshops are a blueprint
for your extraordinary life, fulfilling the basic requirements we all have to be healthy. This blueprint for living an extraordinary life is what we call “Life By Design” (more about this coming over the next few months).

With “what to do” so easily accessible, why do most people still fall short?

Most people fail to succeed or fall short because they trade what they want most, for what they want in the moment.

Have a great day!
