When over 2 million people were examined in a recent meta-analysis, it was found that eating the recommended five serves (400g) of fruits and/or vegetables daily had great health benefits, BUT - greater benefits came with higher daily intake of 10 servings (800g).

Around 40 per cent of Kiwi adults say they eat two or LESS servings of vegetables each day.

It might be time to fill our plates for a healthier, longer life!
